I always have a comfortable stay at Hotel Las Mercedes Airport-Quito. The staff is super-friendly, and the hotel is beautifully designed and charming. The breakfast in the patio is excellent, and the room is neat, functional, and provided with English TV. The lovely garden and two bathrooms are a bonus.

Our room was located near the front door and we were kept awake by noise from people coming in and out. there was no bottled water or water jug provided, which made it difficult to drink or brush our teeth.

I recently spent my Christmas vacation at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money I received. the staff were amazing, answering all my questions promptly and even waiting for me at 1:30 am when my flight was delayed. the breakfast they provided was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, flakey rolls, and refreshing juices. the hotel's location was key, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room lacked certain amenities such as window screens, which resulted in a lot of flies buzzing around. the bathroom was also on the smaller side, making it feel cramped.
